Cancellation Policy

Once you make a booking, you cannot cancel and get any refunds. However, you can reschedule an appointment for free, as long as it is done no less than 6 hours before the appointment is due to start. If you wish to reschedule an appointment and it is less than 6 hours before the appointment is due to start, you will need to make a new booking.
